Influence of human mobility on the dynamics of COVID-spread

In this project we will study the influence of human mobility on the spread of dynamics of COVID. Given data, e.g. time series for COVID infections on the county/district level in Germany and Poland, the task will be to try to identify the effect of individuals traveling (commuting to work…) between the different districts.

Mathematical tools, that can be helpful might include differential equations, graph theory, and statistics, …
